Water glass is widely used in Foundry industrial. A local Foundry company has a new installed bag house. The filter bags were damaged after 20 days' running. ST Filter made the bags for this customer, another cage plant supplied the cages for this application. The bag size is 130x 6000mm . After checking the cage and bags, ST Filter found that the cage had problem in straightness. The curving cages caused the friction of cages to cages and cages to bags. So the bags damaged very fast. ST Filter helped the end user to change the new straight cage and replacement bags, solved the problem.
