Solution
¡¤ After checking the system and the filter bags, ST Filter found three weak points:¡¤ The dimension of the dusts was in between 10um¡ª0.5um, so the filter bags in using--Polyester 500g/m2 was not suitable for the extra fine dust. The replacement bags use BWF needlona® PE/PE 551 MPS. The advantage of the MPS programs is obviously: the maximum possible separation of ultra fine particles of free flowing dust in the micron and sub-micro sector which increases the effective filter area significantly. This is achieved by the use of very fine fiber components in the fiber overlay. The fibers are compressed into a micro-porous filter medium with a new needle technique developed at BWF. MPS® filter media have a great increased filter-active surface area. A dense back-up weave, acting as an additional zone of compression, guarantees the barrier effect below the surface. Separation is surface orientated, ensuring low operating costs by means of fewer cleaning cycles.
¡¤ A DCE envelope bag has a felt for seal. ST Filter use circle felt instead of opening felt. Circle felt does not have a gap, so it does not cause dust leak. Circle felt provides an excellent seal result.
Opening felt has a gap, which will cause fine particulate bleed under pressure.

¡¤ Needle holes in the vertical seam of a filter bag can be a conduit for fine particulate bleed through. ST Filter use welded tube seam instead of three-needle stitch sewing.
