Rubber Rings

Rubber rings only use virgin materials. With our wide selection made from black rubber, Butadiene acrylonitrile rubber(NBR), PA or PU Rubber, Silicon Rubber(CA),and FRA(Viton). Rubber rings offers a wide range of chemical and physical resistants from temperature –100oC pick to 375 oC and PH value from 1-14 to ensure that the rubber seal still effective during the lifetime of a filter bag.

Steel Rings

ST Filter provides a variety of different types of steel rings constructed of different diameter wire. We can also supply stainless steel and galvanized caps for areas where corrosion is present. Every ring is horizontal and smooth; the result is the best ring seal in the dust collectors and can be placed along the reverse air bag at the proper points for maximum cleaning efficiency.

Camel back for snap band

The camel back normally is suggested to use 25mm in width, with 8mm groove for plate sealing. ST Filter use same materials as filter tube, to ensure the same chemical and physical resistance. For Fiber glass filter bags, ST Filter special made camel back for snap band. (See below)

Snap band

ST Filter use quality steel and stainless steel snap band to make filter bag. ST Filter can also supply roll packed snap band for overseas customers (See below). The width of snap band is available in 19mm, 25mm, 30mm and 35mm.

Seal Felt

ST Filter use quality industrial felt to make the filter bags. Available in Polyester and Wool felt, the size is 1000*1000mm, felt thickness from 2mm to 50mm.
ST Filter can also supply circle felt to replace ‘DCE’ filter bags, Available in Polyester felt, PPS felt and Aramid felt. The diameter of the circle felts are available from 100mm – 600mm, in different thickness from 8mm to 25mm.

Thread

ST Filter use quality and tight thread made of virgin materials. Thread material available from Polyester, Polypropylene, Nylon, PAN (Acrylic), PPS, Aramid, PTFE, Fiber Glass. ST Filter can supply nearly all kinds of threads for bag making.
