Stitching holes in vertical seam cause leakage for very fine dust. ST Filter can manufacture welded tube filter, to improve the filtration efficiency.
 
We can weld wide range of synthetic fiber made needle felt, Polyester(PE), Polypropylene(PP), Aromatic Polymer (Aramid), Polyphenylensulfide (PPS), PAN homopolymer (Acrylic) etc.

And our special designed facility can even welding PTFE membrane needle felt bags to contribute an excellent filtration efficiency.

ST Filter designed a full set of auto welding, Cutting and folding system to improve the capacity of the welded filter bags. The system is running under computer control, which can minixize the length lolerance to 2mm even for a 8 meters long bags.
