In order to solve the side leakage problem of the steel ring filter bags, ST Filter extended the welding technology to steel ring bags.
Welded steel ring bags has no stitch holes therefore it has no potential side leakage. Further more, since it's 100% welded, it won't be contaminated by silicon oil from the stitching seam. With the advantage of the steel ring welding technology, it can improve the filtration efficiency.
Steel ring welded bags normally used for 1um,5um,10um and 25um. In some application for PE 1um or PP 1um, the bottom welding seam might be broken under the extra pressure after long time of filtration, ST Filter introduced bottom lock method to avoid broken bottom.
